I care about this work because I am also a creative entrepreneur.
I care about this work because I am also a creative entrepreneur.
I am an attorney practicing law in the following areas: entertainment, business, contracts, copyrights, trademarks, nonprofits and civil litigation. I chose to focus on those areas because they are the most relevant to business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, filmmakers, musicians, writers, actors, dancers, designers and artists. After working on multiple film and TV projects and shooting my own feature film in 10 days, I went to New York Law School to learn how to use my legal knowledge to protect myself and my business from the vultures in the entertainment industry.
Armed with my knowledge and experience, I then started my practice to help visionaries, risk-takers, creative and entrepreneurs, like you, protect and nurture their talents, business and dreams. Whether it's negotiating and drafting agreements, letters and court documents; forming business entities; registering copyrights and trademarks; fighting for you in court, advising you with effective strategies and plans or any of the other myriad and personalized ways that come up, I am dedicated to your success and the success of your business and projects.
I am also a producer, filmmaker and writer who has worked as an Associate Producer and Production Counsel on a number of films. I’m fluent in Spanish, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and author of a self-defense book called Mixed Martial Arts Fighting Techniques.
